Short version: if a digital product does not help you, email us within 30 days and we will refund you in full. No hoops.
Our 30-day guarantee
Every digital product we sell comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, email us and we will refund what you paid. You do not have to explain yourself, and you do not have to prove anything.
How to request a refund
Email us at hello@goldenstatefirefighter.com from the address you used to buy, and include your order number or the receipt from your purchase. We aim to reply within two business days and to process approved refunds within five business days, back to your original payment method.
What this covers
This guarantee applies to our digital products, such as guides and exam-prep downloads, bought directly through this site. Because these are instant digital downloads, you keep the files you have already downloaded. We simply ask that you delete your copies once a refund is issued, as your license to use them ends at that point.
A note on chargebacks
If something went wrong, please give us a chance to make it right first. A quick email is faster than a chargeback and we would rather fix the problem or refund you directly.
